WIPA 2017—Top 100 from the Open Category!

And… here we go! The Top 100 contestants that were selected for WIPA 2017. You can read about the judging process and the judges here. Apart from this Online Gallery, all 100 contestants will be receiving special certificates of merit from Better Photography for reaching this stage of the competition.

These photographs made it through two rounds of judging. The first round was judged by photographers Kedar Bhide, Nirbhay Patil and Kedar Bhat, who sifted through close to 7000 photographs and came up with the 160 nominees in the Open Category and 22 in the Emerging Photographer of the Year category. You can read about the entire judging process here. The second round was judged by Nayan Khanolkar and Dhritiman Mukherjee, who selected these photographs.
