Along with the GH5, the company also announced the arrival of Lumix G80, a bridge camera along with a Leica 12–60mm f/3.5-5.6 and new gyro-sensor technology, Dual IS MK II. The camera promises up to five stages of the anti-shake effect during low-speed shutter.

The release of G80 was followed by Lumix FZ2000, a video-still hybrid bridge camera with 20x optical zoom, made for 4K video and 20MP still photography. The FZ2000 has a 1-inch MOS sensor and unlimited 4K CINE video recording in mp4 format, which is achieved because of the venus engine that provides higher video functionality. The sensor improves S/N ratio, with dramatic reduction of noise even when shooting in low light.  The FZ2000 will be branded as Lumix FZ2500 in India. It will be available from mid-November 2016 for 1100 pounds (approx. Rs.  96,000).
