Render Shades of Blue, Green and Gold with the New LomoChrome Turquoise
Lomography has announced its new colour negative film called LomoChrome Turquoise XR 100-400. Just like its predecessor, the LomoChorme Purple, the Turquoise version will change the tones of your photographs to shades of blue. So any warm tones in the image will turn into different shades of blue ranging from aqua to cobalt. Any greens in the photograph will have a vibrant emerald look and lastly, stark blue skies will turn into a sandy golden color.
Lomography has mentioned that the new film has been designed to be developed in the standard C–41 process, and will be available in both 35mm and 120mm varieties. The company will be making 5000 film rolls available only on pre-order. The company mentions that the film will be available in packs of 5, 10, 15 and 20. However, buyers will have to endure a lengthy wait as their product will only arrive by April 2015.
