Makoto Ooishi, Product Planning Division, Explains the Fujifilm XT1

Makoto Ooishi, Products Planning Division, Fujifilm Corporation Japan, describes the salient features and important characteristics of Fujifilm’s latest launch in their X series of cameras, the XT1. This camera is rather different in design from the other X cameras that we have seen before, although the control layout is similar. It has a multi-mode viewfinder sporting the world’s highest viewfinder magnification (0.77 times larger), and boasts the world’s shortest display lag of 0.005 seconds. It also has a new 16.3MP X-Trans CMOS II sensor which is closer to film’s three dimensional colour and scene reproduction. An exciting new launch from Fuji, the XT1 will be with BP in the coming few months.
