Lava Launches Pixel V1, Featuring a 13MP Camera


Lava, in association with Google, has unveiled a new Android One smartphone, Pixel V1, featuring a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.

The 13MP rear camera is equipped with a BSI sensor, an f/2.0 lens, a blue glass filter and an LED flash. The 8MP front-facing camera features an f/2.4 lens.

The smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box operating system. Other key features include a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280p) IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582) processor, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB in-built storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card) and a 2650mAh battery.

Priced at Rs. 11,350, the smartphone is now available for sale via Flipkart and retail stores in India.
