iBall Introduces Smartphone with Four Detachable mSLR Lenses

iBall launched a new smartphone, mSLR Cobalt4 that comes bundled with four detachable mSLR lense on 15 June 2015. Priced at Rs. 8499, it is the first smartphone bundled with detachable lenses.

The key feature of the smartphone is four detachable lenses come bundled that include an 8x zoom lens, a 175-1800 fish-eye lens, a macro lens with 10x magnification and minimum object distance of 10–15mm, and a 1300 wide-angle lens. A free pouch for lenses and a cleaning cloth are also offered by the company.

The smartphone is equipped with an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash, while it features a 3.2MP front-facing camera with flash.

“We are very excited with our newest launch which revolutionizes and redefines smartphones. With mSLR Cobalt4 the users shall be mesmerised on the Smartphone’s Camera with detachable lenses. The Multiple options of the lens shall snap great pictures and change the way photographs are captured on the smartphones. The new cameraphone will be available for sale across India in the coming few weeks.
