Fujifilm Announces Instax Square SQ20

Fujifilm Corporation announced “Instax SQUARE SQ20” (SQ20) compatible with square format film as a new addition to the Instax series of instant camera line. The SQ20 inherits a new function called the “Motion Mode” which allows the user to take a video (max 15 seconds), and then pick and print a frame from it. The new filter “Sequence” of the Motion Mode can take photos adding sequence effect to the image. The “Time Shift Collage” can take 4 images with a time lag by pushing a shutter button once. The “Collage” shooting mode divides one frame irregularly and the user can shoot different images for each divided frame to make one complete photograph. The camera has the first zooming function (4.0 x) within the Instax series. There is also a self-shot mirror attached to the side of the lens. The camera is available in two colours, beige and matte black and will be in stores from 20 October 2018.
