The Final Face-off of the Canon Better Photography Wedding Photographer of the Year 2017-18 contest took our six category winners to the spectacular property of the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, where they were challenged to photograph a bride and a groom. Here’s a look at what went on behind the scenes.
This year, at the Canon Better Photography Wedding Photographer of the Year awards, our six category winners—Sanghamitra Sarkar, Saravanakumar Thangavelu, Karan Sidhu, Dinesh Parmar, Anindya Phani and Partha Sarathi Dalal—joined us at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, where they were given 3.5 hours to photograph a bride and a groom. They were permitted to make use of props and a variety of photographic equipment courtesy of our partners. After they were done shooting, the participants were given 24 hours to make a final submission of 16 photographs.
