Tip of the Week: Explore Still Life

Mornings are a good time to photograph not just people, but also still life. Choose a theme or object for the day and stick to it. For instance, an ordinary glass of chai or even a lone streetlamp, can get you started and lead to your next photo essay. Signboards shrouded in fog, signals blinking on and off, streetlamps cutting through the mist or even parked vehicles and carts can give you great photos.
