What is the best way to use single-point perspective effectively?

Single point perspective uses abstract lines within the composition of the photo to draw the user to a point of interest. The “lines” here can be any object from the road to architectural lines of buildings, trees that add to the composition. There are two broad uses for this technique. One is to lead the viewer’s attention to the main subject in the frame. The second application leads the viewer into the image to a point of nothingness, called a vanishing point. This has a more metaphorical connect with the viewer and can suggest either positive or negative emotions depending on the context of the photo.
