Watch out for magical wedding moments that can highlight or showcase the ambiance of the day.
Weddings are extremely chaotic. It can be confusing to identify subjects in all that frenzy. But, there are a few elements which a good photographer should always focus on. These are the ones to look out for, especially while making the album.

Behind the Scenes
Capture the crazy and funny incidents that take place while the families are preparing for the big day. The nervous excitement that a couple faces just before the wedding can lead to some funny captures. The bride getting ready for her big day, sharing a light moment with her parents, the groom’s side preparing for the baraat are a few scenes you should look out for.

A Family Portrait
Without doubt, the bride and groom should be the focus of all portraits. But that does not mean that you ignore other family members, kids and senior members. Ensure that you shoot a mix of formal and informal portraits. Keep the sessions fun and cash in on the excitement of the family and friends to get lively photographs.

Steal a Candid Moment
When the family is engrossed in celebrations—laughing, dancing, playing games—it is the perfect time for you to look for candid shots. Blend in with them to get just the right moments!

Elegance in Details
A lot is spent on the design and decorations of a venue. Point your camera at these tiny details that are often left unnoticed. Shoot close-up shots of the flowers that decorate the mandap or the venue, the showpieces, the bride’s lehenga or saree, the groom’s sherwani or even piles of gifts. Off-beat photos such as these will ensure that your album is different!
