Fabien Charuau–Photography Exhibition

An exhibition featuring the work of Fabien Charuau is currently being hosted at Chatterjee and Lal, Mumbai. A Thousand Kisses Deep showcases various canvas, paper and video installations of work created by Fabien over the past four years. By means of these media, the photographer seeks to explore the materiality of still and moving digital images, particularly their code-based auto-generation.

The underlying theme of the exhibition is contemporary life in India, especially the depiction of the expression of intimacy among young adults, and the manner in which devotional practices have moved online. The exhibition will be open between 11am and 7pm till 3 October.
