The Competition: India’s biggest wedding photography awards are back with the eighth edition of the contest—the Sony Better Photography Wedding Photographer of the Year 2018-19 Awards. The competition is open to only individuals residing in India.

Categories: Bride & Groom Portraiture, Emotions, Family & Friends, Behind the Scenes of Offbeat, Finer Wedding Details or Still Life, Photo Series on a Single Wedding and The Joy of Light by Photoquip.

Prize: Sony a7R Mark III with the FE 24–70 mm f/2.8 GM lens; the Ranger Quadra-Living Light Set and the D-LITE FX 2 Kit from Photoquip; and a customised coffee table book from HP.
