How to Make Macros at Home | Better Photography Weekly Challenge
During a time where many of us are sequestered within the walls of houses, our photographic habits might feel limited. But it’s important to remind ourselves that possibilities for good images aren’t.
Macros at Home is the first in a series of contests called the Better Photography Weekly Challenge. One’s home is a surprising place to discover a fantastic unseen world, from patterns in ice to the intricacies of various fruits, leaves, spices, and textiles.
Our Mentor-Judge for the Macros at Home contest is Yogendra Joshi, a passionate photographer whose portfolio is dominated by macro photography. He conducts workshops on the subject individually, and for various organisations, and here, he explains to us how one can make fascinating macro images even in our current situation.
Last date for submissions is 14 April.
