This year at CEIF 2016, Photoquip has decided not to be an active partner at the event. This is because we realised that by partnering up with regional shows and fairs, we are able to have a better reach to our customers.

In the recent years, we have seen how the changing technology has impacted different aspects of photography other than lighting. However, as far as lighting is concerned, we see a lot of photographers using LED light sources, but not as a replacement for studio flash lights.

At the end of the day it all boils down to reliability and quality. Backed with a strong after-sales support we remain the popular choice for those looking for quality products.

We feel that one of the key challenges faced by the photo industry is the lack of technical knowledge amongst the common photographers. This problem can be taken care of by providing a variety of instructional material, in a wide range of mediums, to ensure that the common man can access it easily.

In 2016 we are looking at some some big initiatives.. like incorporating latest technologies in our products and coming up with a few new ones that are sure going to be game changers for the studio lighting market.

We are looking at changing our strategies to increase market penetration & awareness. We want to bring awareness to the importance of light in photography and and how it can really make the difference between a good picture and award winning shot.
